ACCOUNT VERIFICATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Verification Fee
To access full features of the platform, users are required to complete account verification by paying a one-time, non-refundable fee of TZS 50,000.
2. Purpose of Verification
The verification process is intended to:
- Confirm the identity of users
- Prevent fraud and misuse of the platform
- Enhance trust and security for all users
3. Payment Terms
- The verification fee must be paid through the approved payment methods provided on the platform.
- All payments must be made in full. Partial payments will not be accepted.
- The user is responsible for ensuring payment details are correct.
4. Non-Refund Policy
- The verification fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the verification is approved or declined.
- Payments made in error or due to incorrect information submitted by the user will not be refunded.
5. Verification Process
- Users may be required to submit valid identification and accurate personal information.
- The platform reserves the right to request additional information if necessary.
- Verification may take up to a reasonable processing time depending on review requirements.
6. Approval & Rejection
- The platform reserves the right to approve or reject any verification request at its sole discretion.
- Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in rejection without refund.
7. User Responsibility
- Users must ensure all submitted information is truthful and up to date.
- Any misuse of a verified account may lead to suspension or termination without refund.
8. Changes to Terms
- These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
